It was very helpful in my project.&lt;br&gt;I am trying to Create column in SharePoint with "Choice" information type and the "Fill-In" choices allowed. I have tried but since you put the fldtypes_crm_account.xml in the 12 hive it will show up in the availble columns regardless of features. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I would love to know how to have the custom field type as a feature. This would allow turning off/on the custom field type.
